⚠️
The content here is not the definitive answer. While you should adhere to the basic framework, feel free to boldly omit or emphasize certain elements depending on the situation. You must identify your company's unique strengths and effectively incorporate them into your slides. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you encounter any difficulties in writing them.

Step 1. Create Essential Core Items: Establishing the Framework

•
Select [Essential Core Items] from the block above, then use only that slide to organize the storyline and create a draft.
Problem Definition
Prove how common, significant, and painful this problem is through customer interviews or statistical data.
Solution
Proposing core value through a 3-step value chain (Problem → Solution → Value delivered to the customer)
Team
Clearly define the team's capabilities and roles, and state why this is the optimal team to solve the previously presented problem.
Market size
Present TAM, SAM, and SOM quantitatively, while specifying the basis for SOM (actually achievable market).
Competitive landscape
Visually representing the core competitive advantages that competitors cannot replicate.

Step 2. Writing Proof of Execution/Economic Feasibility Items: Reinforcing

•
Select [Proof of Execution and Economic Feasibility Items] from the block above, then arrange each slide according to the flow and write the content.
Products/Services
Place it before and after the solution section, and express the value customers gain in quantitative figures along with the product introduction.
Business model
Present monetization strategies linked to products/services and demonstrate sustainability and scalability.
Performance/Results
Proving through actual indicators that company growth can be linked to profit generation
Investment request
Present financial and non-financial goals demonstrating that attracting investment is essential to accelerate the company's growth.
Future plans
Presents key short-term milestones and indirectly suggests an exit strategy along with long-term goals (roadmap).

Step 3. Self-Diagnosis from an Investor's Perspective: Refining

•
Click [View Slide Details] in the block above to go to the details page. Self-diagnose the three logical areas.
Considering the investor's decision-making flow (Hook → Evidence → Payoff), review our Deck once again to determine if it is logical and persuasive, and answer the questions below.
Why & What: Story and Market Validation
Can we sufficiently impress upon investors why this business is necessary (Problem), what our solution is (Solution), and how big this opportunity is (Market)?
How & Now: Execution and Financial Verification
Who (Team) and how (Business Model) is realizing this story, and is the current performance (Traction) being proven with data?
When & Safety: Future and Defense Strategies (Justification for Investment)
Has the safety of the investment been secured by demonstrating when (Roadmap) and how (Financial) the investment funds will be recovered, and by proving that potential risks (Risk) are being managed?
