DB Analysis-Based Core Patterns and Writing Guide
Product / Service
Key Patterns
•
Arrange before and after the solution section to naturally structure the storyline.
Main contents (example)
•
B2B Sector: Improvement (problem-solving) and use cases of client companies that have adopted the relevant product (technology, service)
◦
Analysis of the client's ROI (Return on Investment) after solution implementation
•
Deep Tech: Quantitatively proving the originality of source technology and performance superiority over competitors
◦
Mandatory inclusion of the status of IP (Intellectual Property) and technological moat securing
◦
Focus on demonstrating the technology gap (setting technology barriers).
Writing Guide
•
Rather than listing technical complexities or product advantages, write by expressing specific and quantitative results in numbers based on actual improvements and use cases.
•
If the distinction between the Solution and Product sections is ambiguous, it can be written by integrating them with the Solution section.
•
In general fields, it is better to explain and demonstrate the value (Benefit) the customer receives rather than focusing on the 'technology'.
Principle
•
Avoid qualitative expressions as much as possible. You must quantify the content you wish to convey and express it quantitatively.
What products (services) did other startups create? Or what technologies did they develop?
